I provide supportive birth and postpartum doula care for expectant and new parents, and can provide free doula care for birthing and postpartum folks who have Medi-Cal insurance via the San Francisco Health Plan or the Health Plan of San Mateo. I foster confidence in your ability to birth and care for your newborn in your unique way.

This includes non-judgmental support and education in pregnancy, birth and the postpartum time so you can have a smooth transition into parenthood and caring for your baby and your growing family. In short, I hold the hand that holds the baby.
